Incoloy 800 Plate
we offered it in various sizes, specifications by the means of international standard of quality.
Incoloy 800 plate is an alloy of nickel, iron and chromium. It is ableto remain stable and maintain its austenitic structure even after long time exposures to high temperatures. It possesses more than the strength to withstand the basic stress caused by heat.
ASTM B409 Incoloy 800H Plate has characteristics of good strength, high resistance to oxidizing, reducing and aqueous environments. It has similar machinability to that of iron based alloy. And it tends to work-harden during machining.
Incoloy 800 Sheet exhibits good ductility and hence can be formed using conventional methods. It can be annealed after cold working. And annealing should be done at 982°C for 15 min and then it should be air cooled.
Inconel 800 plate can be hot worked at temperature ranges of 871-1232°C and Cold working can be done by using standard tooling. It is primarily useful in applications with temperatures up to 1100° F. It is effective in many aqueous environments as it is in high-temperature situations and has the ability to withstand erosion and other decay that is often related with aqueous settings.
Alloy 800 plates are useful for applications such as heating elements, heat exchanger, carburising equipment and sheathing and nuclear steam generator tubing. The strength and resistance makes it versatile that is not found in many alloys.
ASTM 409 UNS N08800 Sheet Plates has high levels of oxidation resistance and carbonization, which it one of the most effective materials for use in heating element sheathing and carbonizing equipment
